My favourite lashes ever?! Eylure 202's from falseeyelashes.co.uk REVIEW

Buy here for £6.99

If you haven't read my last review, please do! You can read that here and it'll give a lot more context to this review. Sorry that this review is a couple weeks late but university work and hospitals have taken over my life!

------------------------------------------------------------------

These Eylure 202 lashes were the other pair that falseeyelashes.co.uk sent me. These eyelashes are my favourite eyelashes ever, I've seriously been wearing these since I was around 14 and started wearing eyelashes every day, my boyfriend even knows about these! They're from the Eyelure's double lash range and are beautifully thick and black, the double lash creates an extremely wispy effect which I love. There's also a thick band which means they're super easy to apply and great for beginners.

Now, these are thick lashes; if you love drama then these are for you! These Eylure's are the perfect 'going out lash' as, even though they're thick, they're not too long which means you avoid looking like a drag queen (no shade). I like wearing these in photos as they're really noticeable, even from afar.

Eylure are consistently good across the board and they have so many different lashes for any occasion, all available via falseeyelashes.co.uk. As mentioned in my previous review, Eylure glue is my favourite and every pack of lashes comes with a tiny tube of it - I buy that many Eylure lashes that I've never had to buy a full tube!!

As I said, I've had a lot of experience with these babies and I know that every pair I've ever had (probably close to 100 pairs - no joke! Sorry bank account) has lasted around 10 wears - and that's with me being rough and not taking care of them properly. I find using latex glue helps extend the wear time as after each wear you can just peel the glue off, but if you have latex allergies or just generally dislike it I've heard washing the lash band in a tiny bit of water and makeup remover helps keep them from falling apart.

I hope you pick these up and I guarantee you'll fall in love with them like I have.

What are your favourite lashes? Have you ever tried these?

Blinking Beaute - Coquette Lashes from falseeyelashes.co.uk REVIEW

BUY HERE for £23.95
If you didn't already know this about me, I've been a false eyelash addict since I was around 13 or 14. For the entirety of my teenage years I would literally refuse to leave the house without a set of lashes on! When I went on tour with my university cheerleading squad last summer, we all got nicknames chosen for us and put onto tshirts - can you guess what mine was? Lashes! I'm that addicted. So when falseeyelashes.co.uk reached out to me about collabing how could I possibly say no?! Although this particular set of lashes were sent to me (and another... but wait until next week for that review!) I have used this company before with my own money so anything I say about this company is obviously 100% genuine... blablabla.

The main thing I have to say about this website is that there is sooooo much choice. It's great that there's a website available where you can buy all these different brands of lashes in one place - and with free 1st class delivery on all orders! Another plus is that you can get American brands easily in the UK. With both of my experiences with falseeyelashes.co.uk I have not been disappointed and beautiful lashes have been delivered to my door within a day or so of placing my order, I really can't find one fault about this company so go ahead and indulge in your wildest eyelash fantasies!

When the lovely Jodie from falseeyelashes.co.uk asked me what eyelashes I'd like her to send me I snapped up the chance to get another set of these gorgeous Blinking Beaute lashes. Although I've never tried the Coquette's before I was hopeful the quality would match the previous Blinking Beaute lashes I'd tried... and how could I resist that fluttery, textured finish? These gorgeous, flirty lashes are extremely black and thick but due to being silk you avoid the shiny, plasticy look of other thick lashes. On the website they're described as lashes that "provide all the glamour you need for a big night out or special occasion" but I say hell to that and I rock these through the day too! They are dramatic lashes but the sweeping, fluttery effect means they're 'natural' enough to wear through the day (or maybe I'm just crazy - I love a dramatic look, day or night!!!)

Photos pulled from falseeyelashes.co.uk

I gravitate towards my beloved Eylure glue (which thankfully comes with any set of Eylure lashes) over the DUO lash glue which seems to be most peoples favourite. It sounds silly, but the DUO glue is too sticky and I find that removing lashes that have been stuck down with DUO glue is difficult and I'm a tad conscious of pulling out any of my own lashes. The Eylure glue that I use contains latex which means I can peel the glue off my strip lashes after every use and that prolongs the wear but if you have a latex allergy Eylure do also make a latex-free version. Both types of the Eylure glue and the DUO glue are available to buy on falseeyelashes.co.uk.

As said, next week I'll be reviewing the other set of lashes that falseeyelashes.co.uk sent to me - so check back for that! What are your favourite type of lashes?
